Steven L Flamm, MD is a Professor of Medicine and Surgery with the Division of Hepatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He serves as the Chief of Transplantation Hepatology and Medical Director of Liver Transplantation.
Dr Flamm received his MD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed both a clinical fellowship in gastroenterology and a research fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School. He then received further specialized training, completing a clinical fellowship in hepatology and liver transplantation at The Deaconess Hospital, Harvard Medical School. more... |

Professor Callum G Fraser has worked in laboratory medicine in tertiary care teaching hospitals for over 40 years. He is currently Senior Research Fellow in the Scottish Bowel Screening Research Unit, Centre for Research into Cancer Prevention and Screening, School of Medicine, University of Dundee, Honorary Professor, and Honorary Consultant Clinical Biochemist, NHS Tayside. He has published well over 300 papers, 12 book chapters, and two monographs, both translated into Spanish, and the second also into Italian, Japanese, Russian, and Turkish. more...

Ailsa Hart is Director of St Mark’s Hospital Inflammatory Bowel Disease Unit and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London, UK.
Dr Hart studied medicine at Oxford University and was awarded a First Class Honours Degree in 1992, together with the George Pickering Prize for Medicine and Surgery proxime accessit in 1995 and additional prizes for outstanding achievements. Keith Lindor is Dean of the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University (ASU). He is working collaboratively with university and industry partners to create and deliver academic offerings that will better prepare the next generation of health professionals to lead change in the context of a quickly evolving health care system.
Dr Lindor joined ASU in January 2012. Before coming to ASU, he served as dean of the Mayo Medical School and was a professor of medicine and chair in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He also served as editor-in-chief of Hepatology, is the president of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) and a professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic. more... |

Professor Rabeneck is Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto and Senior Scientist at the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) in Toronto. Dr Rabeneck will deliver the Philip Bushell Foundation Lecture at the GESA AGW 2016 National Congress. more...

Dr Anand Sahai was born in India but raised in Montreal. He completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Immunology at McGill University in 1985. He then completed medical school, internal medicine, and his gastroenterology training at the University of Montreal in 1994.
